ArcelorMittal sought to reduce firefighting, improve consistency across departments, and eliminate manual handovers. The need for standardized meetings, centralized action tracking, and digital inspection routines was clear.

ArcelorMittal leveraged Tervene to transition from paper-based routines and reactive management to a structured Daily Management System. By digitizing inspections, standardizing shift handovers, and improving follow-up on actions, ArcelorMittal gained better visibility and accountability across teams.
