Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) has partnered with Tervene to streamline their operations and enhance overall efficiency. The collaboration focuses on optimizing management time and digitizing crucial processes, such as safety Gemba Walks.

By leveraging Tervene’s platform, DFA can now collect real-time actions, assign them to the appropriate tier meetings for escalation, and track progress seamlessly. This proactive approach ensures that safety prevention remains at the forefront of daily operations, fostering a safer and more productive work environment.
