To strengthen its continuous improvement culture and bring structure to daily operations, Welded Tube turned to Tervene to eliminate silos and standardize critical routines.
Over the past three years, the platform has helped streamline shift-level processes, digitize audits and inspections, and enhance visibility on quality and safety performance. Today, Welded Tube is scaling its use of Tervene to empower frontline teams and drive greater accountability across the shop floor.
